Coaching remains largely inaccessible to minoritized** people.
We're building the solution: the School of Diverse Coaching.

**Minoritized people: people of color, immigrants, first-generation professionals, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, women — anyone who feels they don't belong, or that the spaces they're in weren't built for them. We didn't choose to be a minority.

The Problem

Coaching, is expensive and still predominantly white-centered — in its theories, its assessments, and its dominant frameworks.

Minoritized people often can't find coaches who understand what it means to cross cultural, linguistic, and social thresholds every day.

The Solution

The School of Diverse Coaching, developed by Next Flow Strategies, will train and mentor coaches from diverse backgrounds — and teach coaching skills rooted in a different mindframe: one that recognizes that the challenges minoritized people face stem from systemic impositions, not personal failure.

We are not broken. But we do need support in developing the tools and mindset to find the right balance for each of us.

The goal is to build a coaching community where more people can find support from someone who understands their world — and where the frameworks, tools, and theories actually reflect the full range of human experience.
