Next Flow Strategies was founded in February 2026 in San Diego, born not from a business plan, but from a lifetime of crossing thresholds — between countries, languages, cultures, and identities.
We exist to make coaching more relevant, accessible, and culturally grounded — especially for minoritized people who, every day, navigate spaces that weren't built with them in mind.
Mission
Next Flow Strategies' mission is to make coaching relevant and accessible to minoritized people — supporting belonging, intentional change, and community impact.
Vision
A coaching field that is more diverse, relevant, and accessible, where minoritized people are present and supported both as clients and as coaches. We do this by challenging white-centered coaching standards, honoring the lived experiences of minoritized people, and weaving joy throughout our work.
It is with this vision in mind that we are working on founding the School of Diverse Coaching — a space to train and mentor coaches from diverse backgrounds, and to expand who gets to lead, teach, and be reflected in the coaching field.
Values
-
We find purpose in each moment, in its imperfections and its numerous possibilities. We practice joy as a form of resistance, reclaiming our right to exist, take up space, and be happy.
-
We believe growth happens when we move with our own pace and rhythm, not against ourselves — embracing change and stillness as natural parts of life. Growth isn't always upward; sometimes it's standing still and finding joy where we are.
-
We honor the truth of each person's story and create spaces where minoritized individuals can show up as their whole selves.
-
We believe transformation is rooted in community — we grow stronger together through collaboration, shared learning, and mutual care.
-
We commit to equity and collective liberation — supporting minoritized people to act with courage and compassion in creating fairer systems and empowered communities.
