My work focuses on moments of transition—when people or organizations need clarity, confidence, and a way forward grounded in purpose. I bring over 30 years of experience in education, along with extensive work in program coordination and community development.

  • I’m Brazilian, married to a Mexican man, and the mother of a multicultural teenager. I also share my home with 20 rescue pets 🐾 🦆 🐔 🦎 (which says a lot about my patience and care for living beings.)

For self-care, I row before sunrise 🚣, meditate 🧘🏽‍♀️, and make miniatures 🎨.

📚 I enjoy detective novels, British TV, and dancing when no one is watching (which is for everyone’s benefit). 💃🏽

Right now, I’m working on using my words with more care: honesty when it serves, or choosing quiet when best.
